Our Journey

What a journey it has been for me over these last 2 years. Being a father,raising a family,working full time,studying to be a personal trainer, being a Police Officer, and running a home based online business, and still finding time to workout 6 days a week. Wow! I think to myself, where do I have the time do all this.I'm just a normal guy that is willing to make sacrifices in my life in order to provide for my family. I figure if I can do it, any one can, and if you are reading this, so can you!
Never did I think that I would ever have my own business. This is a very exciting part of my journey.I wake up everyday in a good mood knowing that something interesting may happen this day. I look forward and feel fortunate that I can share and articulate my thoughts, goals and feelings to you all.
To me, it's not about seeing how many friends you can have on Facebook, or how many followers you can have on Twitter. As a family man, it's about being the best man that God made me to be, as an Officer, it's about upholding the law with every bit of integrity, as a father, its about being noble and wearing your cape because you are Superman to your children, and as a coach, its about inspiration, motivation,sharing your love & passion for fitness, and show others how to create a fantastic Team Beachbody Coaching business!
I don't know what your journey is going to be like or how its going to end, but I pray that it is fun and adventurous and that when you reach the end, you find that it was most fulfilling.
As for me, the great part of mine is that I select the path I take. I see everything in front of me and control the speed at which I go! I can't say that every bit of it has been roses, but 99% of it has been great. If there is an obstacle that comes my way that is challenging, I will take that obstacle and turn it into an opportunity to succeed!
We have only one life,and our time on this earth is very short so I work hard everyday to complete the journey I set out on. The decisions we make everyday, good, bad,or indifferent, not only effect us but effect everyone else that is in it. So be wise on the roads you choose and do your best to find the ones that are the smoothest.
I hope that these words find you reading them and that they are full of wisdom as well as motivational.

Chasing the almighty $$$$$

Becoming a Team Beachbody Coach and being a Business owner has been a pretty cool thing.I have been a coach for just under 2 years and let me tell you, it has been great learning experience from many different avenues. I have enjoyed every minute of it. Some of us go into it for several reasons, to get fit, to eat healthier, to help others get healthy , or to make lots of money. What is your motivation? Mine was to simply get healthy and fit and hopefully make enough money to eventually fire my boss.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy earning money as a Coach but my primary focus is to help others get strong and healthy, build trust, and build a strong foundation of coaches to help our country get healthier. I feel that some people may have lost sight of the integrity and personal touch that comes with coaching and have focused their attention on chasing the almighty $$$$$$! Shortcuts may have been taken and I'm not and don't want to be a part of that. I don't want to lose touch with who I am because of a few extra dollars.

Beachbody is operated by adhering to four core values:

This what I believe in to keep myself grounded and to to keep focused!

I just wanted to drop a note to you and say that you turned out to be the person I knew you were and Im proud for the work you are doing with the community and your family. I know a piece of paper saying thank you is important but I think personally telling you will mean more to you. Keep up the good work I know your daughter is proud of you too. There are only a few of us out there that really live the way god intended and I know myself I'm still trying. Love you man

Limitless power

Have you ever thought to yourself, “ I want to be rich and famous, and powerful”. Well, what does that all mean? Is it having endless amounts of money? Limitless power? Or maybe celebrity style popularity.
My definition is having passion, integrity, and pureness of heart. To me, there is a deeper fulfilment of life when you have these qualities. We have unlimited amounts of power to accomplish anything in life.
I was once a person who had no direction or desire to complete any goals I set out to do. There was no joy or happiness in certain aspects of my life. I realized one day that there was so much more for me in my life. The question was, “ What is it?” I was my own worst enemy by the lack of desire I had in my life to do nothing! My world was set on cruise control with no direction. The further I drove the more I missed.
I don’t know how many of you believe in God, but for me, my reccomitment to Him was the ingredient I was missing. He filled so many empty holes in my life that I was now complete again. This new energy gave another new passion or I should say, woke up an old one I used to have, and that was fitness. I’ve been given this awakening that now, I know that anything that I put my mind to, I WILL DO! Not only have I transformed my body physically, but mind as well. There much more clarity in the things I now see. My sight is now more vivid!
I believe in the power of positive thinking and all that it has. Every challenge that comes my way I look it as another opportunity to succeed. Wherever there is darkness, I will be that light to guide the way. There is no end to things that I am capable of doing and as each day passes, I get closer to completing another goal in my life. I am now in my 40's and my life is beginning. Some people may say,” I wish I could have started this way of thinking, 20 years ago.” I say this, the perfect time for me is NOW! Not yesterday, not tomorrow, but now! God’s timing is PERFECT!
Over the past 2 years, I have met and became friends with some really great people. Some I have been able to influence and motivate to help them see the limitless potential, each and everyone of us possess! That has been more than a blessing as well as very humbling to me. The thought of that has never been taken for granted and never will.
Know that You have purpose in life! A goal! A task to complete! Be that stone that lands in the pond that sends out ripples of positive energy through life! You have the tools to do all things! I have not set any boundaries to limit myself! You can do the same! With all those things in my life, I am rich, I am famous, and I am powerful! That’s my juice!
REACH AS FAR AS YOU CAN BECAUSE THERE IS NO CEILING.
