Christmas Wishes
I hope that everybody is having a wonderful Christmas season so far. Over the past few weeks, I have had a lot of opportunity to reflect on my life and give thanks to all the blessings that I have received. I am very fortunate for my family and friends and the people I have motivated and continue to inspire. This has been something I have not and will not take for granted. Everyday I wake up and take a breath, allows me to realize more and more the purpose I serve on this earth. It is humbling, in my eyes, to be able to give the gift of Health and Fitness and Beachbody has seen that this is possible.
I pray that everybody has wonderful and Merry Christmas and that everybody's Christmas wishes come true. I have gone over and over in my head thinking about my own personal Christmas wishes and wondering what I would like. Its nothing you can buy at a store, its nothing you can order on line, and its nothing you can put a monetary value on. The one wish I do have is that the health of all people, friends, family and loved ones, improves! I want to be able to continue to show people that living a healthy lifestyle is FUN and not a chore. It's a Blessing and the way I want to live for the rest of my life! Merry Christmas

Are you ready?
Are you ready?

With the end of the year approaching, several people are thinking to themselves, " What is my New Year's resolution gonna be?" One of the resolutions that people will try is getting fit. Several thousands of dollars will be spent on gym memberships and many will begin working out. After a few weeks, the time spent at the gym will slow down.
Now, here is a few questions I want ask and see if you are ready for fitness.
1) D you feel good about you present fitness level?
2) Do you want to improve on your fitness?
3) Are you tired most of the time?
4) Do you want to increase your energy level?
5) Do you eat healthy most of the time?
6) Are you willing to make necessary changes to improve your nutrition?
7) Are you comfortable at your present weight?
8) Are you ready to commit to a workout regimen?
9) Do you want to make fitness a part of your lifestyle?
10) Do you want to help motivate and inspire others to improve their fitness and nutrition?
These are the questions I have asked myself several times. These are the ones that keep me focused, motivated, and inspired. Now, please take a few moments and ask yourself these questions and I hope they are helpful to you. Looking forward to your feedback, Rich
