Expectations vs. Reality

This is the time of year most of us decide to make that New Years Resolution.I will admit that I don't know everything when it comes to fitness and nutrition, but I do know the things that work! Those things only total 2! I feel they are the most important and they are PASSION and COMMITMENT! I have become real familiar with both over the past 3 years! In 2012 I plan on being selfless and dedicated to others that want and need my help. For this evolution to occur, my goal is to continue educating myself with fitness knowledge in any way shape or form.
This month I decided to get my TRX Suspension Trainer Certification and shortly I will be in possession of my ISSA PFT Certification. I love having the TRX and using it as one the main ways I choose to train my body. TRX Suspension Training is designed for all people, all ages, all fitness levels and is a fun, fast and effective total body workout. You burn calories and fat while building lean muscle mass and gain joint stability and flexibility. The benefits include improved balance and coordination, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved power and explosiveness, increases energy levels, and improves flexibility.
So whatever way you decide to train, do it! 2012 is next week, so I implore to you to make that commitment for the rest of your life. So when it comes to your fitness,there is a difference between expectations and reality! Train smart and be consistent! See you in 2012, Rich!
