I just wanna help!

The desire to move forward hasn't always been a priority with me. It wasn't until I reached my 40's that I really understood what I wanted out of life and which direction I wanted to travel. If you are a ship at sea and the wind is blowing, there is no doubt that you will end up at some destination. I want to be at the place that I want to be at. The only thing that is required at this point is setting your sails in the direction in which you want to travel. Sounds easy? I believe it is.
In over the past 2 1/2 years, the thing that has been consistent in my life, outside of God, and my family, has been fitness. It started out as something real simple. The only thing I had on my agenda was getting in shape. Before I knew it, I had the desire and motivation to assist others with their own fitness. I have come across a few people that are in fitness that all they want is to be recognized and noticed for all the so called great things they do. A person is definitely going to be seen if they continually turn the spot light on themselves. Pretty soon people are going to get tired of looking in that direction. You don't have to make noise to be seen if you choose to put others first and help others with a pureness of heart. Alot of people want fame, pats on the back, and even praise. The only thing I want is to help.
I love the fact that I live by a fitness 1st approach. I focus on my perpetual movement towards a healthy lifestyle. By doing this, it has opened doors that I would have never have ever imagined being being open. I don't claim to be the best, the strongest, fastest, leanest, and I never will. All I can do is be MY best everyday. When friends, family, and even strangers thank me for being inspiring as well as motivating, I feel very humbled and honored. In reply to that, I just have to say thank you, and keep heading towards my goal. If you ever need help with your fitness, need to get motivated, or guided in the right direction, know that I will be there to lend a hand! Your Dedicated Coach, Rich
