My review/ Insanity- The Asylum!

I have to say, Insanity/ The Asylum is the best workout I have ever done in my life. I finished my first round in the middle of June this year and I felt that I was in the best shape of my life. I started out at a weight of 193 lbs. and finished up weighing in at 187 lbs. In the 30 days that it took to complete this program, I noticed a considerable transformation in my total fitness. I'm talking increased speed, quickness, agility, flexibility, durability, and overall strength. After each day completed, I grew increasingly more and more anxious to move on to the next day. I knew that each rep of every exercise served a meaningful purpose. This workout has been the biggest fitness challenge for me thus far in my 43 years of existence. Fitness for me has turned back the hands of time and has given me a a renewed sense of energy and excitement. Asylum has brought me to the pinnacle of my fitness mountain. Every workout, I have to focus and bring an inner strength necessary to get the desired results I want to achieve. You definitely cannot go through the motions with any of these workouts and you absolutely have to bring your "A" game! That old saying, " Whatever doesn't kill you, only makes us stronger." I think whoever said that was describing Asylum. It will take you the brink of defeat but will give you that sense of completion that you actually accomplished something that is rather difficult.
I just started my second round yesterday, and I am more excited this round than I was my first.I know what I need to concentrate on and I plan on concentrating on the areas I am weak at. So if you are ready to take that bold step and take your fitness to another level, The Asylum is the way to go. In order for us to grow, changes must be made. I guarantee it will work!
